メールシステム障害について e-mail system troubles

いつもOneWORLDをご利用頂きありがとうございます。

いつもご予約で頂いておりますe-mailでのお問い合わせにつきまして、2日前からシステム障害が発生し、4/22-24の間のメールの受信が完了できておりませんでした。

現在システム障害は解消されておりますが、4/22-24の３日間にお客様から頂いたメールを受信できていない状況にあります。

大変恐縮ではございますが、4/22-24の３日間でお問い合わせ、ご連絡をされたお客様に再度ご連絡を頂きたく存じます。

もしくは電話やLINEでのご連絡でも構いません。

ご不便をおかけして大変申し訳ございません。
