Today I’d like to introduce the hair donation requirements!
There are several organization and programs that can turn your long hair into free or low-cost wigs for people with cancer. A wig can give self-confidence, strength, and hope to someone struggling with the emotional challenges of hair loss.
Every hair donation organization has its own mission and goals.
It’s important to follow hair donation requirements so we can put every strand of your valuable hair to its’ best possible use!
We require a minimum length of 31cm.
Please note that we don’t take under 30cm donation hair cut because under 30cm hair cannot be donated to organizations.
Here are some brief requirements of hair donations.
1. Wash your hair but avoid using conditioner.
2. Thoroughly dry your hair. Hair that’s donated must be completely dry before it’s stored or shipped so it doesn’t mold and become unusable.
3. After you wash your hair, don’t use any hair products, such as hairspray, gel, or mousse.
Each hair strand has to be cut from the same person, therefore you canot mix hair strand with different person’s hair.
We’ll measure the length, and package your hair, so you can ship it to organizations.

今日はヘアドネーションについてのブログです。
ヘアドネーションとは、髪の毛を寄付するボランティアです。
OneWORLDでもヘアドネーション用のヘアカットをさせて頂いております。
先日もお客様のお手伝いをさせて頂きました。
寄付された髪は、人毛100％の医療用ウィッグの制作に使用されます。
小児ガンや無毛症、先天性の脱毛症など様々な理由で髪の毛の悩みを抱える子供たちにウィッグを無償提供することができます。
ヘアドネーションの条件とは
1)切った髪が
15〜31cmもしくは31cm以上あること。15cm~30cmのドネーションが一時休止となりました。
ドネーションをされる方は最低でも31cm必要です。
2)完全に乾かしてあること。
3)切り口をゴム（輪ゴムも可）でしっかり束ね、同じ人の髪であること。
One WORLDではこれらのお手伝いをさせて頂いております。
31CM以上計測し、ゴムでまとめて袋に入れてお渡しします。
後はお客様が興味のある団体にコンタクトを取り贈るだけでOK!
