ペパーミントと似た香りですが、作用はすこし異なります。
ペパーミントが集中力を高め、やる気をアップさせるのに対し、スペアミントは頭をクリアにさせ、
心を落ち着かせるので、一日の終わりの瞑想などに向いています。
