Currently we are not able to provide our best customers services, for the safety of the customers and the staff. On behalf of OneWORLD hair salon, couple of staffs who have been working at the salon the most in the last few months had antibody test of covid-19.
THE RESULT IS NEGATIVE.
In order to improve the accuracy of the antibody test of covid-19, a centrifugal separator is used for removing excess components in the blood. Therefore the antibody test is very accurate.
In a way the precautions that we have been doing at the salon works great. A specialist of viral infectious diseases said if our staffs haven’t got infected, other staffs possibility of being a carrier seems low. The antibody test has proven that Team OneWORLD has been doing the right precautions at the salon.
Hence, we would like to keep doing the precautions, and share what we have been doing with our customers.
There are possibilities that either the current situation could settle down or it gets worse, and therefore the precautionary measures at OneWORLD might be changed depending on the situation.
Here are the extra precautions for covid 19.
However, we would like to limit the number of customers for staying away from one another. Basically, the maximum number of customers are 3+1 extra. We will keep the seat which is next to your seat open, in order to make sure that there is enough space for social distancing. Then the distance between our customers could be more than 2 meters/7 feet.
Moreover, if you would like to come with your family, we may open the salon only for your family (ONLY LIMITED TIME THOUGH) If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by either phone call or e-mail.
In order to continue our health and safety procedures in accordance with the instructions from the Minato-Ku public health center, we’ll be always wearing a mask. Moreover please keep wearing your mask at the salon during cut, color and even shampoo.
Therefore even small children have to wear a mask while they are at the salon regardless of age.
Also if you would like to get hair color, please bring the one that can be dirty, because you have to keep wearing a mask even during color.
We have been sanitizing the salon with the following proper and thorough precautionary measures.
-Every single employee has to check their body temperature in the morning.
-Open all the windows and doors as well as ventilation to let the fresh air in.
-Sanitize all the tables, chairs, hair cutting tools, and etc thoroughly for each customer.
-Use installed had disinfectant for each customer, and ask each customer to use it on their hands.
-If you returned from the overseas last couple weeks, please notify us immediately.
Also, if you have had close contact with someone who just came back from the overseas, please contact us. We might ask you to refrain from visiting the salon for 14 days.
-If you are feeling unwell with any symptoms of illness such as fever and cough, please let us know immediately.
-Please use our installed hand disinfectant when you enter the salon. We have stopped serving the drinks, so please bring your own drink.
We will keep you updated if anything is changed at the salon.
Lastly, there are some people who canceled their appointment without contacting us, so please make sure to contact us by phone call.
It’s sad that our precious customers can’t get relaxed by our service such as nice massage,drinks, and atmosphere at the salon, however the safety and the health of our customers and the staff are the highest priority. We appreciate your understanding and support in this challenging times.
新型コロナウイルス抗体検査の大切なご報告 5/14up date
大切なお客様、スタッフ全員の安全のため
One WORLD のコンセプトである五感で楽しめるおもてなしが、一部休止させて頂いている事がとても残念ですが、みんなで大切な人、お店を守るためご理解頂けますようお願い申し上げます。
先日、一番今サロンワークの多いスタッフが新型コロナウィルス抗体検査にいって参りました。結果、陰性でした。
より検査の結果の制度を高める為に、通常は行われていない、採血した血を遠心分離機にかけて、余分な成分を取り除いてから検査致しました。かなり正確な結果と考えられます。
今現在やっている予防対策が正しく機能しているとも言えます。
そして、専門家の意見と致しましても、我々と長い時間を共にしてる他のスタッフも感染者、もしくは保菌者の確率はかなり低いと思われます。
今までやってきた対策は正しいということが立証されました。
したがって今の徹底した予防対応を継続してやっていき、より安心安全をお客様と共有できることが大切と思っています。
今後もしばらくの期間、接客スタッフの人数を減らし営業させて頂きます。
混雑を避けるため、予約の制限をさせて頂きます。
基本的にお客様が同じ時間帯に3人+1席、以上にならないように時間を調整させていただきます。
ひと席ずつ間隔を開けてセット面を使用する事で、隣のお客様と最低2mの距離を置くことが可能になりました。
スタッフ全員のマスク着用を義務付けております。
またお客様も施術中マスクの着用をお願いしております。小さなお子様の場合でも着用お願い致します。
毎朝スタッフ全員の体温を計り健康チェックを行います。
店内は常にドア、窓を開け換気を常に良い状態に
そして空気清浄機を常時稼動致します。
お客さまにサロン入店時、手指消毒にご協力お願い致します。
セット面、椅子、ドアノブ、施術道具、手指の消毒をお客様施術後、毎回徹底致します。
最近海外から帰国した方、又、帰国者との接触の多い方はご申告下さいませ。
ご来店を一定期間控える事をお願いする場合がございます。
ご気分が優れない方、咳の症状が出てる方、ご家族や近親者が疾患にかかってしまった方のご来店をお控え頂く事をお願い致します。
また当面の間、雑誌、お飲み物の提供サービスは安全の為控えさせて頂きます。
