ハーブティーですが、すごくブルーベリーの香りがします！
冷たいブルーベリーティーで飲むのもおすすめです。
ブルーベリーティーには、整腸作用がありますので健康にいいです！
もちろんノンカフェインティーなのでご安心ください。
ブルーベリーの青紫色の色素成分であるアントシアニンには、目の機能を向上させる働きがあります。
目が疲れている方に効果があります。
